Company to focus on cinema and hospitality sectors and change name to Venners Systems and Services Limited., trading as Vennersys.

Christie Group Plc, the parent company of VCSTIMELESS Ltd, has sold the VCSTIMELESS brand and the Colombus suite of products to the International IT company, Cegid SA., who have their headquarters in Lyon, France. The Leisure, Hospitality and Cinema parts of the business continue in the existing UK company, which will change its name to Venners Systems and Services Limited., t/a Vennersys, and remain part of Christie Group. The company continues to be based in Milton Keynes and all of the staff associated with the hospitality and cinema elements of the business will continue as normal in their present positions. The company’s primary objectives will be:
- To focus fully on the needs of our hospitality and cinema customers
- Catering
- To develop the VENPOS product suite by -
* Delivering new versions which are compatible with and
utilise the benefits of the latest operating systems
* Expanding the solution by adding new, required,
features and functionality
- To work with our partner, Vista, to deliver the latest cinema systems
technology to existing and new customers
