Bookings
VENPoS Bookings allows you to set up and manage capacity limited events such as children's parties, guided tours or special gallery exhibitions. Events can be colour coded and appear on a clear, diary screen for easy reference. Associated resources such as tour guides, equipment or rooms can be assigned to bookings.
Regularly used documents, such as booking confirmations and gift certificates or vouchers can be produced automatically by the system at the time of booking.
Bookings can be made by phone, at the PoS or via the web using VENPoS Online.
