VENPoS Bureau encompasses the entire system configuration required by VENPoS Interactive (Point of Sale) such as touch screen designs, product management, till & store set-up and promotions

Advanced cash control including sales income, expenses, bankings and safe balances is vital to ensuring all monies are accounted for. The VENPoS Cashbook module contained within Bureau provides all of these features and produces comprehensive, detailed reporting. It also includes a fully automated close of day system, which allows for central cash control of all tills.

VENPoS Bureau also includes a complete stock system (VENPoS Stock Control), enabling you to monitor, manage and control your site based stock, and effortlessly handle all products, prices and recipes. Purchase orders, deliveries, transfers and all other stock movements are also handled by the system. A comprehensive stock take facility is built into the system, which enables you to conduct 3 simultaneous stocktakes i.e. at store level, site level and by auditors. It also provides you with the tools to view immediate stock on hand via line checks.

Industry leading audit tools combined with a detailed button-by-button audit trail enable users to view historical transactions and investigate any discrepancies. VENPoS Bureau allows for real time remote till monitoring from the managers office. This is a useful tool in an industry with a high staff turnover. It enables managers to remotely take control of a till if the need arises.
