Helpdesk Analyst for Vennersys’ Toronto office

We currently have a vacancy for a helpdesk analyst to work out of our Toronto office. If you have relevant experience and live within a commutable distance of our Toronto office, we would like to hear from you. Please send your CV to cv-submissions@vennersys.com 

Role Profile:

  • Minimum of two years working in a software support desk environment
  • Experience supporting customers in the leisure and hospitality sector (candidates with specific knowledge of the cinema industry and cinema software systems will be of particular interest)
  • Experience of working with automated helpdesk systems such as Remedy or SupportWorks
  • Demonstrable experience of working to exacting SLAs
  • Demonstrable experience working with the following software environments:
  • Windows Server / Client Operating Systems
  • SQL Server 2000 / 2005
  • Remote access tools
  • Demonstrable experience of remote diagnosis of hardware problems
  • Experience of providing 1st and 2nd line support to customers using Cisco Systems networking products would be highly desirable but not essential
