We are currently looking for a part-time Telesales Executive to join our team, based in Milton Keynes. You must be an ambitious and dynamic individual with a professional attitude with at least two years business to business telesales, appointment setting or telemarketing experience. You will be expected to work on your own initiative and be proactive in lead generation and building relationships with customers, whilst maintaining the integrity of the data and updating our database.
The role involves introducing our EPoS solution to Leisure and Hospitality businesses, with a focus on Visitor Attractions and booking meetings for our Sales Manager. You will be expected to make 25+ calls a day with a focus on 'quality rather than quantity'. The calls are not scripted in any way so you will need a relaxed approach that can establish rapport, 'fact find' and naturally build relationships to the next stage through following a proven business development process.
Knowledge of ACT and/ or EPoS solutions and software is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
