History
Following customer specific software developments by Venners Computer Systems throughout the 1980s, Venners Computer Systems was founded in 1992 to exploit the market potential of these developments. The early product, called VPoS was a great success in the cinema and hotel sectors and it quickly evolved to become a leading ticketing solution for the wider visitor attraction industry.
VENPoS was launched in 2000 with greatly enhanced functionality and operating in the Windows environment. Systematic development over the years has seen the solution keep pace with and exploit new technology, such as the worldwide web.
