VENPoS Online - E-Commerce web leisure management solution

VENPoS Online is the secure web enabled payment module for VENPoS. It allows users accessing your website to book tickets and purchase merchandise online. Such is the flexibility of this e-commerce module, that it can either be adopted as a stand-alone solution or integrated with the VENPoS software suite.

VENPoS Online Overview

VENPoS Online can securely capture and verify personal and credit card information. Users of this facility will receive immediate confirmation that their purchase has been successful.

When purchasing tickets online, users will receive a printable confirmation sheet with a unique code for ticket collection. This can then be printed off and presented by the user when visiting your site. Ticket collection can be set-up in a variety of ways according to your operational requirements.

For standard ticket collection, the transaction code can either be entered in manually to the POS or scanned using barcode scanners. Alternative methods available include credit / debit card swipe and on-site kiosk collection. With a fast track option on entrances, users can order tickets and gain faster entry, thus shortening queues on busy days.

The Gift Aid module can be incorporated within VENPoS Online, enabling charitable organisations to collect gift aid electronically. The ability to collect postcode data from visitors will prove a useful source of information for future marketing activities – another key benefit irrespective of charitable status.
