The Consultant will work within the Professional services team in our Milton Keynes office to deliver and implement the VenposCloud Product.
Implement the Venpos Cloud Product across a mixture of small and large projects, taking from a few days to 6 months to roll out single and multiple site implementations.
Estimate professional services work effort and communicate with project management, sales and stake holders.
Gather customer-specific needs and produce user stories to communicate information to Vennersys project teams for customer quotes to be produced and modifications developed.
Partner with all Vennersys internal teams during project phases to ensure a successful customer implementation
Help and assist customers with software testing, along with roll out and go-live activities such as data loads and system configuration.
Deliver web-based and on-site customer training sessions
Reporting directly to our Project Lead, James Patel
6 Months plus of previous experience in implementing software systems a placement year for example would be useful
Knowledge of EPOS/Ticketing systems an advantage but not essential
Logical and technical mindset that can analyze problems and identify root causes.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience or ability to learn SQL/HMTL/CSS.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Maths or Computer Science ideally.
