We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter to help grow our business by supporting the sales team. This is an entry-level position with a company that is going places and so, will suit an ambitious person with a passion for the rich variety of visitor attractions in the UK.

You’ll be helping our sales team through desk-based market research, maintaining our CRM system, and analysing the data within it. You’ll be using modern communications technology, email, social media, web chat, telephone, and when allowed, some face-to-face contact to help drive our message of continual innovation and improvement to the people that own, operate and run some of the greatest attractions in the country.

The opportunity for growth and career development will only be limited by your ambition. The role offers a route into marketing or, should the successful applicant prefer, into a more technical support and implementation role. We include on-the-job training with a mentorship program that will help you identify and grow in your preferred direction.

Starting salary is around £21k based in either our Milton Keynes or Aldridge (near Walsall), offices. There are personal performance and company performance bonuses with realistic targets enabling the successful applicant to add another £5k to £10k to their salary each year.
