Park Hall Farm selects Vennersys Ltd

Vennersys Ltd have had the pleasure of welcoming yet another UK farm attraction to the family. Shropshire based farm attraction; Park Hall The Countryside Experience have chosen to partner with Vennersys to update and enhance their online Ticketing and EPOS system.

Park Hall The Countryside Experience have been operating for over 20 years. Although this attraction is dubbed a farm park the site offers a wealth of educational experience for the 70,000 plus annual visitors. At Park Hall The Countryside Experience you will find a military museum, the farm, world war one trenches, a round house, indoor and outdoor play areas and they have partnered with a forest school to bring child care options to the local community. The attraction offers a wide range of events throughout the year and welcome hundreds of school groups.

As a fully integrated solution Park Hall didn’t need to look any further to find all the desired functionality in one system. Park Hall wanted to continue to offer online ticketing and gift vouchers in a style more in line with their website design and needed a complete upgrade of the EPOS system. The key objective was to improve visitor experience and relieve operational pressures. We have delivered this with the installation of new EPOS hardware and configured the system according to their business needs.

The VenposCloud membership module has enhanced this offering by allowing membership to be sold by monthly Direct Debits and distributing timed communications to members. The members database also allows them to track the purchases members make and report accurately on retention and new members.

The stock module is perfect for Park Hall to monitor their retail stock levels in real time, conduct comprehensive stock takes, create purchase orders and manage delivery of stock. Stock reporting allows them to see their best-selling and bottom-selling items by the click of a button.
