Vennersys has been selected to partner with Tweddle Animal Farm, a multifaceted farm attraction based in a village in County Durham. The farm attraction wanted an EPoS and ticketing cloud-based system which could be used for admissions, memberships and event management.
Tweddle Animal Farm offers a thrilling day out for the whole family. The farm has indoor and outdoor pedal go-kart tracks, crazy golf and lots more activities kids will love. The farm is host to a range of animals including Dumbo Rats, Pygmy Hedgehogs, Chinchillas, Degus, North American Chipmunks, miniature donkeys, calves, hens and birds.
The Farm were looking for a system that would facilitate booking and arranging events. Staff can view all events taking place in a daily, weekly, or monthly format in the Events Calendar. The calendar allows the farm to easily assess what events they have coming up and identify busy periods.
Tweddle Animal Farm required a system that manages memberships. VenposCloud Memberships makes managing and renewing memberships easy, at point of admission and online. Facilitating both advanced payment options or annual or monthly direct debit. Multiple membership types are supported, and the printing of the membership cards is made simple with the customer’s image captured on a web cam.
At point of sale a membership card can be created and printed in less than a minute, encouraging uptake during the admissions process. They can see entrance activity, purchase activity, you can group together members and see direct debit information such as when payments are due and successful/failed collections.
