Vennersys launches Online Ticketing with Bucklebury Farm & Deer Safari Park

Vennersys is proud to announce that we have partnered with Bucklebury Farm & Deer Safari Park to provide Online Ticketing.

Visitor Attractions must now comply with multiple new health and safety regulations imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Farm wanted a system where they could monitor the flow of people coming in and stagger customers around the venue. With VenposCloud, Bucklebury Farm can monitor how many customers are in the venue and ensure that social distancing Is being maintained. The Farm can assess which periods are busy and which are quiet so they can stagger customers accordingly. In addition, Visitor Attractions are required to collect contact details of customers for the NHS Test and Trace App. Our system can collect customer details and complies with the Test and Trace App.

Bucklebury Farm & Deer Safari Park is a 70-acre farm in the picturesque Pang Valley. The farmyard is home to a small herd of rare breed Berkshire Pigs, pygmy and Anglo-Nubian goats, Alpacas, Donkeys, Shetland Ponies, South Devon Heifers, Belgian Blue Heifers, Lambs and Chickens! The deer park is home to Bucklebury Farm & Deer Safari Park’s extensive deer herd with four different breeds including Red deer, Sika, Fallow and Axis. Tractor rides and deer safaris offer visitors unique access to this wonderful herd.

The farm’s woodland offers the chance to get away from it all with nature trails and a boardwalk over the stream and plants, flowers and wildlife to see all year round. Being a working farm, every day is an adventure at Bucklebury Farm & Deer Safari Park with new arrivals on the farm yard throughout the year, baby lambs to bottle feed in spring, goat kids, rabbits and guinea pigs to cuddle and piglets to watch. But their visitors are also guaranteed fun in their adventure playground, on the jumping pillow, go-karts, obstacle course, den-building area and great indoor play area with its scary drop slides and soft play for little ones.

Vennersys were able to set up online ticketing very quickly. Online Ticketing was installed within 3 days for Bucklebury farm. As the weather gets warmer and lockdown eases, more people will be attending farms. Therefore, we ensured our implementation was speedy so we would not harm the spring season. When customers book a time slot online, the farm can assess if they are close to their limit. If they have spaces remaining for particular time slots, they can advertise that on their website and social media platforms.
