Learn how VenposCloud operates at 360 Play
I’m Meg Thompson; the new sales executive at Vennersys. As part of my first week induction with Vennersys, I was introduced to the companies leading family entertainment centre client – 360 Play. 360 Play are very much the epitome of how the VenposCloud system aids and assists the children’s play and family entertainment centre sector to manage their unique admissions journey, integrated CRM and reporting system.
I spent a few hours at their Leicester branch; chatting to staff, witnessing their membership/admissions journey and getting an overall view on why they chose Vennersys, what the software offers them and why it was the best solution for them.
It became apparent from the off that VenposCloud has adapted and evolved with the aspirations and wants of the company. Things they initially didn’t offer (such as online party booking) were easily merged into their existing package once 360 Play added that functionality need to their development strategy. The bespoke customisation of the software has clearly been explored in-depth by 360 Play and they have worked closely with Vennersys to ensure maximum usability.
360 Play initially chose Vennersys for the potential within the software but also due to the relationship they built with the company throughout their selection process. This further highlighted the need for Vennersys to have a thorough understanding of what it is the company needs to gain from the software and how to direct the sale to suit the client’s requirements.
What does the software provide?
The initial challenge was to provide 360 Play with a reliable user-friendly system they could trust. An essential factor was the ability to check families in and out effectively to not only manage high volumes at peak times but to provide customer peace of mind that 360 Play take child safety seriously. The system allows staff to check customers in/out quickly and efficiently, ensuring children leave with the correct family. This was achieved through mandatory membership whereby every member has a photo taken which is kept on the system, families are all linked to a membership through the system.
When talking to on site staff the simplicity of the software for the user was a huge positive, allowing new staff to pick it up quickly and existing staff to maximise functionality.
360 Play are huge advocates of raw data and how essential data collection is to the development of a business. VenposCloud allows them to manage the collection of raw data in a variety of aspects; mandatory membership, customer spend per head, items frequently brought. This data collection directs company growth at 360 Play by giving an exhaustive overview of what can be upsold, where and when thus maximising profit.
