Farm Attractions offer families a fun and interesting day out. However, many Farm Attractions in the UK also offer outdoor play areas and soft play areas. The combination of a Farm, outdoor play areas, indoor play facilities like bouncy castles, ball pits, roleplay sections and climbing make Farm Attractions a perfect all-purpose venue for children’s parties.
Parents can relax knowing that their children are in a safe environment where staff are on hand to support. The fantastic range of facilities ensure that children won’t get bored and the fun isn’t just for children; parents can also get stuck in! It’s no surprise then that many Farm Attractions offer an inclusive party package. Vennersys now provide a configurable Party Planning Module in their ticketing and EPOS system called VenposCloud which is ideal for Farm Attractions.
Our easy to use customizable feature enables you to organise all elements of the party. You can determine a set of mandatory questions for each party booking which will facilitate the process. These questions could be; do any of the guests have any dietary requirements, do any of the guests require special access to the venue and what is the name of the child whose birthday it is. You can set the number of minimum and maximum guests for the party.
Our software allows you to create bespoke party packages which complement the facilities at your venue. Designing party packages is an ample opportunity to tie in with your catering facilities. Popular dishes like Pizza, Fries, Sandwiches and Burgers can be added to certain packages and you could also offer meal deals or a hot and cold buffet. Many Farm Attractions offer a range of different packages where it costs more at peak time or the food offer differs. Your premium packages could include decorations, unlimited soft drinks or balloons.
The complete party packages are added to VenposCloud and can be booked by a click of a button. You can specify the lead time you need to organise the party and arrange staff. This will be implemented into our system so if your lead time is 2 weeks, you can only book dates that are 2 weeks away. Our system allows you to upsell items within the booking process. Items like party bags and additional food platters can be added to the booking. Once the booking is complete you can configure reminder emails which can be sent a few days before the party to the customer or a reminder email for payment. The whole party process can be organised and arranged from our system.
